Who we are
Naous Construction is a property developer based in Cyprus. We market apartments and houses for sale. This policy explains how we handle the personal details you give us when you fill in a lead form on Facebook or Instagram about our properties.

What we collect
Only what you type into the form: your full name, phone number, email address, and your answers about budget and buying plans.

How we use it
We use your details only to contact you about the properties you asked about. We do not sell your details and we do not use them for anything unrelated.

Who we share it with
Only with people working with us on these properties. Meta (Facebook and Instagram) processes the form data under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it
Only as long as needed to answer your enquiry and follow up on the property, then we delete it.

Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw your consent, at any time by emailing us.
